1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern the use of “No Birth Time Needed” and related Mukgong Life Timing services provided by Mukgong Ohaeng Research Institute.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Purpose of the Service

“No Birth Time Needed” is a self-understanding and lifestyle mentoring service that uses gender and a solar or lunar birth date to help users explore core disposition, relationships, social tendencies, aptitude and career direction, financial tendencies, life rhythm, and practical points of caution.

The service does not provide absolute predictions or guarantees concerning specific future events, success or failure, admissions, investment outcomes, health conditions, or other individual results.

3. Use of the Service

Users may use the service for personal self-understanding and reference purposes, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.

Users must not use the service for unlawful purposes or interfere with its normal operation. Except where permitted by applicable law, unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or other activities that infringe the service or related rights are prohibited.

4. Accounts and Personal Information

The app does not normally require a user name or separate account registration.

5. Purchases and Payments

Purchases and payments may be processed through Google Play or another applicable app store payment system.

Payment, cancellation, refund, and other purchase-related matters are subject to the applicable app store policies and relevant consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The names, structure, design, text, analytical framework, content, and related materials of the app are owned by Mukgong Ohaeng Research Institute or their respective lawful rights holders.

Except where permitted by applicable law, users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit such materials without prior authorization.

8. Changes and Suspension of the Service

The service or certain features may be modified to improve quality and functionality, perform maintenance, or comply with changes in laws or platform policies.

Some or all of the service may be temporarily unavailable due to unavoidable technical or operational circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mukgong Ohaeng Research Institute makes reasonable efforts to maintain the reliability and consistency of the service.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Institute is not responsible for indirect losses or individual decisions arising from a user's interpretation, personal judgment, or use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service, applicable laws, or operating policies change.

Material changes may be announced through the website or another appropriate method within the service. Updated Terms take effect from the stated effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are primarily governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the user's country of residence.
